Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Regional Medical Lead to shape the regional medical strategy and engage senior stakeholders. You will serve as the primary medical contact for key decision makers, work with MSLs, and drive initiatives aligned with patient-centric care across the region.

You will partner with regional leadership to ensure education and resources meet needs, track outcomes, and translate insights into coordinated medical plans supporting Otsuka priorities.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biological Sciences (Pharm.D., M.D., D.O. or Ph.D.) is strongly preferred.
7-10 years of strategic leadership across therapeutic and cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence and mobilize in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Develop regional medical strategy aligned with patient-centric goals.
Establish senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships across the region.
Provide coaching to MSLs and oversee regional medical activities.
Track metrics and adapt medical plans using agile approaches.
