Job summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy, based in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Floating Director to provide leadership coverage and operational support across multiple Metro Atlanta locations. The role emphasizes compliance, staff mentorship, and positive school culture.

Frequent travel between sites is required to adapt to different teams and environments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in childcare management, strong licensing knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of childcare management experience.
• Strong understanding of childcare licensing regulations and Quality Rated standards preferred.
• Experience managing staff, enrollment, and school operations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel frequently between assigned locations.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage for multiple locations during vacations, leaves, or vacancies.
• Maintain smooth daily operations while ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations.
• Assist with licensing visits, Quality Rated prep, and corrective action plans.
• Coach and mentor Directors, Assistant Directors, teachers, and support staff.
• Engage families and the community, supporting enrollment growth and tours.
