Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Regional Business Coach to provide strategic leadership, operations oversight, and coaching across pharmacy, nursing, logistics, and customer service teams in assigned regions.

You will guide franchise locations to deliver high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance while collaborating with franchise owners and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred) or 5 years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, regulatory compliance, and payer systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive growth.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen brand integrity and owner returns.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-channel go-to-market processes.
• Localize brand programs while maintaining brand standards.
• Provide project status updates and business insights to leaders.
• Serve as first-line support for franchise owners on day-to-day ops.
