Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Regional Environmental Manager to lead regulatory compliance across multiple plants in the U.S. region, including California, New Mexico, and Wisconsin.

The role requires strong project management, analytical and leadership capabilities to advance environmental stewardship in line with Saputo’s commitments. The position supports flexible EMS development, audits, and incident investigations, with collaboration across DEA, operations, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance management experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of environmental regulatory compliance across multiple facilities in the region.
• Develop and maintain EMS, conduct audits, and implement plans (SWPPP, SPCC, MALfunction and Abatement, etc.).
• Serve as SME to plant teams and partner with operations, legal and QA on environmental projects.
• Manage incident investigations, regulatory reporting, and agency communications.
