Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a remote Regional Engineer to support the Southwest region. This role provides technical leadership and functional support to achieve IPS annual objectives and deploy technologies for strategic growth.

You will standardize procedures, ensure compliance with standards, and drive new revenue opportunities. This position requires travel and a strong background in motor repair and high‑voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with AC/DC motors and generators.
• Knowledge of insulation systems and coil design.
• Ability to travel for field assignments.
• Familiarity with HV testing methods (Partial Discharge, Corona Probe, Hipot).
• Strong working knowledge of IEEE/NEMA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Southwest region.
• Develop and deploy motor repair standards and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Support service centers and field teams across regions.
• Lead training and documentation initiatives.
