Job summary

Vuori is seeking a senior regional leader to shape and grow a remote retail organization in the US. You will act as the brand ambassador, building an energetic, customer-focused culture across stores and collaborating with marketing to drive local engagement.

You will lead hiring, coaching, and operations while managing P&L and regional KPIs. The role requires up to 50% travel and weekend availability, with a compensation package including base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.
• Obsessive focus on elevating the customer experience.
• Owner mindset: fix issues and translate feedback into action items.
• Availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Extensive experience with P&L, POS & CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vuori stores in your region through visits and coaching.
• Oversee hiring for store roles and support regional GMs in staff decisions.
• Cultivate a culture of performance feedback and recognition.
• Ensure HR compliance and partner with HR to resolve issues.
