Job summary

Vuori is seeking a regional leader based in Pennsylvania or New Jersey to help build and grow Vuori’s unique shopping experience. You will be the brand ambassador, creating a productive environment where customers enjoy a fun, memorable experience and employees are motivated to perform at their best.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing to design local events, oversee store operations, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and coaching.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.
• Obsessive approach to elevating the customer experience.
• Owner mindset: fix issues and drive improvements.
• Availability to include weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Extensive experience with P&L, POS & CRM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Vuori stores in your region through visits and development conversations.
• Lead hiring across store roles and support General Managers in decisions.
• Foster a culture of performance feedback, coaching, and recognition.
• Ensure HR compliance and resolve employee issues with HR/People teams.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training for retail teams.
