Dynamic Specialty Inc (MGA) is seeking a Regional Customer Service Representative to oversee growth, servicing, licensing, reporting, and operational management for a U.S. region.

You will manage 70–120 appointed agencies and collaborate with Underwriting, Licensing, Accounting, IT, Carrier Relations, and Leadership to ensure success. Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Customer Service or related roles.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 70–120 agencies within one region to support growth and service.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned agencies and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build and manage a regional team; collaborate with other Regional CSR across the country.
• Conduct agency onboarding, licensing coordination, and onboarding sessions.
• Drive outreach, meetings, webinars, and training to expand agency participation and retention.
• Monitor production, premium volume, and market penetration; report regional performance.
