Job summary

The Mank Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and lead a nationwide sales team from anywhere in the United States. This commission-based, 1099 role offers remote work, mentorship, and a path to significant earnings through performance-based bonuses.

You will develop sales strategies, recruit leaders, and drive personal and team sales toward ambitious monthly targets while ensuring compliance and ethical standards. Prior leadership and a life/health license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful and stable work history.
• Minimum of 1 year Sales/Management experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• College Degree preferred.
• Current Life and Health License (or ability to get quickly).

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a regional sales team to hit monthly and annual targets.
• Hire, train, and coach reps across the US.
• Develop and execute growth-driven sales strategies.
• Maintain high ethical standards and strong customer relations.
• Analyze metrics and optimize the lead system.
• Foster mentorship and career progression within the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to meet client needs.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Manage pipeline and close deals to drive revenue.
