Qualifications

• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team that underwrites, structures, and services commercial credit actions.
• Oversees talent development and performance to meet department goals.
• Monitors accuracy and efficiency of underwriting processes and advises on improvements.
