Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Regional Business Manager – Coffee Sales Lead to drive operator sales of the Nestlé Professional beverage portfolio, with a focus on Starbucks and other Nestlé coffee brands. Remote-first with 40%+ travel, covering Fredericksburg, VA and Richmond, VA, home-based in either city.

The role requires proven hunter-farmer skills, strong pipeline management, and executive engagement with customers. Travel and flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct outside sales or B2B experience.
• 5+ years negotiating complex contracts with strong financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of foodservice/beverage industry, especially premium brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive operator sales growth by identifying and securing new business within the territory.
• Expand within existing accounts through proactive pipeline management across all stages.
• Use Salesforce/CRM to manage opportunities, events, and forecasting.
