Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and oversees regional budget planning and execution.
• Analyzes budget estimates, funding requirements, expenditures, and financial data to support sound budget decisions.
• Reviews and monitors budget requests, funding allocations, and use of multiple funding sources.
• Provides expert budget guidance and technical advice to management on budget policies and financial matters.
• Develops and implements methods and controls for funds management and process improvement.
• Projects and analyzes budget activities with regional leadership, headquarters, the Department, OMB, and other stakeholders.
