Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Regional Asset Protection Leader (RAPL) for NY Metro, NY, and surrounding regions. This role oversees loss prevention across multiple KnitWell brands and leads incident response, risk management, and process improvements in a remote, multi-state environment.

Travel is 50%+, and the position aligns store leadership with asset protection goals, leveraging data and investigations to minimize shrink and protect gross margin across 250 stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong communication ability.
• Eight years retail experience in asset protection or loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to interact across multiple organizational levels.
• Advanced investigative and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for store teams during escalated in-store incidents.
• Partner with stores and District Leaders to address shrink, SKU variance, and safety.
• Develop and manage asset protection initiatives to reduce shrink and improve processes.
• Collaborate with analytics to resolve omni-channel losses and fraud.
• Train and communicate policies to reduce risk and improve compliance.
