KnitWell Group is seeking a Regional Asset Protection Leader (RAPL) for NY Metro, NY, and surrounding regions. This role oversees loss prevention across multiple KnitWell brands and leads incident response, risk management, and process improvements in a remote, multi-state environment.
Travel is 50%+, and the position aligns store leadership with asset protection goals, leveraging data and investigations to minimize shrink and protect gross margin across 250 stores.

The Regional Asset Protection Leader (RAPL) is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and for supporting safe store environments and operational excellence within the assigned region of NY Metro, New England and northern Mid-Atlantic (approximately 250 multi-brand stores). Regional Asset Protection Leaders are responsible for a multi-state region and are relationship based. They use data to strategically plan their time and conduct impactful store interactions.
The RAPL’s region consists of fashion specialty retail locations across multiple KnitWell Group brands (Ann Taylor, LOFT, Lane Bryant, Chico's, Soma, WHBM, Talbots & Haven Well Within). The RAPL leverages tools to minimize loss to the Company, including (but not limited to) identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing business and exception reports, and partnering with field leaders to address risk while doing so with the least amount of organizational effort and expense.
This position works remotely. Occasional travel to a company office may be required.
