GPC is seeking a Regional Manager of Asset Protection in the United States to lead investigations, safety compliance, and risk audits across a designated region. The role focuses on reducing shrink and safeguarding assets while ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with law enforcement, and report actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years in asset protection, loss prevention, or related field, with 2–3 years multi-unit/regional leadership.
• Proven track record in theft investigations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud and other criminal activities.
• Collaborate with store teams, law enforcement, and legal to resolve theft cases.
• Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and resolve theft-related incidents.
• Maintain detailed documentation ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Provide training on theft prevention and safety awareness.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments across locations in the region.
