Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks a Regional Admission Counselor to act as the primary admission representative for the Twin Cities territory, working remotely with on-campus events and strong CRM usage. The role requires travel within the region and collaboration with the Senior Director of Admission.

The position emphasizes relationship building with prospective students and families, financial aid knowledge, and maintaining ties to the Winona campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; interest in higher education admission or related experience.
• Experience designing and executing recruitment plans and outreach in assigned territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute outreach and recruitment plans for assigned territory (Twin Cities metro and Northern Minnesota).
• Implement recruitment strategies including high school visits, college fairs, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate with students and families via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings; manage CRM tasks.
• Provide guidance on admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and housing; engage with high school counselors.
