Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Referral Navigator who serves as the main contact for the agency's EMR/Referral portals, handling referrals with professionalism and critical thinking. This remote nationwide role supports efficient responses and accurate documentation.

Hours are 8:30AM - 5PM Wednesday to Sunday, with weekend coverage. Benefits include health, vision, dental, a 401K with employer contributions, and generous PTO. Purdue/Kaplan tuition discounts are offered.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.

• Provide prompt responses to referral requests.
• Escalate referrals requiring clinical approval to operations leader.
• Attach and scan referral materials to intake records.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless transitions in care.
