• Management of EMR/Referral portals per Referral Acceptance Guidelines.
• Provide prompt responses to referral requests.
• Apply knowledge and critical thinking in referral acceptance.
• Communicate with referral sources professionally.
• Know services offered and speak confidently about them.
• Conduct insurance pre-checks as required.
• Escalate referrals needing clinical approval to the operations leader.
• Attach and scan referral packets and documentation of pre-checks to intake.
• Collaborate with sales on referrals for seamless care transitions.
