• Route inbound referrals according to department standards and ensure required information is scanned.
• Coordinate with patients, clinics, and insurers to arrange pre-visit details and prior authorizations.
• Communicate insurance requirements and obtain approvals in a timely manner.
• Maintain data entry and reporting using department systems.
