What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, develop, and grow the Reference Materials business within the assigned territory, with up to 30% travel
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline for short and long-term opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to achieve financial targets
- Achieve sales goals exceeding $10 million for Reference Material products within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions-oriented support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or other Life Science discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of life science sales experience
- Strong understanding of analytical testing techniques, including chromatography and/or mass spectrometry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
