What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert on personal lines auto and property products, influencing performance in assigned states

- MBA/Master's degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
- 1-3 years of leadership and mentoring experience
- Proven research and analytical skills with the ability to propose solutions to complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
