Job summary

TalenTrust is seeking a Recruitment Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, building pipelines, and delivering high-quality prospects for client searches from a home-based Denver area.

You will work closely with Recruiting colleagues and leverage online tools to identify passive candidates in a fast-paced environment. We value initiative, strong communication, and an ability to manage multiple requisitions with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in high-volume, diverse staffing.
• Experience sourcing candidates across a broad range of functional groups.
• Ability to own the sourcing process and manage a high-volume workload.
• Advanced internet search skills and success in developing passive candidates.
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication and customer orientation.
• Experience with applicant tracking software.
• Excellent administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication flow to peers and supervisor.
• Strong loyalty, integrity, and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Develop pipelines across a diverse requisition load and generate rapid results.
• Conduct sourcing to identify high-quality prospects for open client searches.
• Utilize standard online tools (job boards, social media, college boards) and research industry-specific sources.
• Proactively and creatively research new recruitment sources to expand reach.
• Build strong relationships with Recruiting colleagues to provide proactive recruitment support.
