Wilson seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United States. You will act as trusted advisor to clients and candidate advocate, guiding end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hire.

You will build a strong candidate network, manage the pipeline, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and deliver compelling submissions while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to source passive candidates and manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from screening to interview coordination.
• Build a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and manage feedback and offers.
• Maintain reports and ATS data.
