Exit Without Selling is a remote, contract-based recruiting workflow that builds Opportunity Recruiting Funnels for small business owners. As the Opportunity Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll manage client kickoff calls, write compelling job copy, set up the ATS, coordinate with candidates, and conduct initial phone screens to keep hiring on track.

You’ll work asynchronously via Slack, with 10–20 hours per week to start, and room to grow as you prove consistent quality.

Qualifikationen

• Stable async availability during US business hours.
• Ability to run structured client and candidate calls.
• Proficient with Slack, Google Drive, Claude, and ATS.
• Strong written communication and attention to process.
