gpac is seeking motivated individuals for a commission-driven role in Wisconsin. No experience needed—we train you and help you grow with our national network.

Base salary starts at $35,568 per year with uncapped commissions (40k–500k+). Excellent training, ongoing coaching, and a work-life balance are provided as you build client relationships and place professionals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
