Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Remote Recruiter for a temporary 2-3 month position. You will conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist in hiring decisions for Security Officers. This role is fully remote with hours 8am–5pm Mon–Fri and pays $20 per hour.

Ideal candidates are experienced in recruiting, have strong communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable communication (pager/phone).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Must speak/read/write English.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Subject to pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial interviews and selects viable candidates for next steps.
• Reviews applications and evaluates work history, education, and qualifications.
• Matches applicants to job requirements using search methods.
• Informs applicants about duties, compensation, schedules, policies, and benefits.
• Maintains records of applicants selected and not selected.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
