Job summary

Houzz is seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire talent for the US, focusing on Sales and G&A. You will partner with hiring managers to craft sourcing and closing strategies for a variety of roles, working independently across teams while collaborating with the talent acquisition group.

You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates (Lever preferred).
• Strong sourcing using Boolean strings and multi-platform strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers.
• Source, engage, and recruit passive talent with creative strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates across multiple positions with attention to detail.
