GPAC is seeking a remote, commission-driven recruiter to build and maintain strong client relationships and place top candidates in key roles nationwide. Base draw plus a highly scalable commission structure rewards performance and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
