This is a commission-driven position with earning potential between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
2. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
4. Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all requirements

gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries in the United States since 1990. Base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid twice monthly at $1,482). In addition, you can earn commissions ranging from $40k to over $500k annually, with no cap on commissions. After the initial period, you will be eligible for gpac benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
