Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Rebar Fabricator in Colorado to produce customized rebar products per work orders and customer specifications. You will independently operate fabrication equipment, inspect outputs, and prepare items for shipment in an industrial setting.

The role requires the ability to read work orders, follow safety policies, and work in varied weather conditions. 2–5 years in a similar production environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years experience in a related production role.
• Ability to read/work from work orders and rebar tags.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) products per work orders and tags.
• Operate and adjust rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated machines).
• Organize and stage materials for efficient production flow.
• Inspect finished materials for accuracy against specs.
• Identify defects and troubleshoot to maintain quality.
• Prepare finished products for shipment with proper bracing and padding.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Work both indoors and outdoors and adapt to weather conditions.
