Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. seeks a skilled leader to drive the fabrication of reinforcing steel (rebar) products in a dynamic, industrial setting. You will oversee equipment operation, ensure accurate bar sizes and bends, and coordinate material handling for timely shipments.

You will guide teammates, troubleshoot equipment issues, and uphold safety standards while maintaining high-quality output across shifts in a on-site Colorado environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fabrication or a related production environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret work orders, tags, and production specifications.
• Experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting fabrication equipment.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage; OSHA or site-specific training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication of reinforcing steel (rebar) products based on work orders and specifications.
• Operate and optimize rebar fabrication equipment and mentor teammates.
• Coordinate material handling and preparation of finished products for shipment.
• Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work area and enforce safety policies.
