Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Rebar Fabrication Worker to produce customized rebar products according to work orders and customer specs. You will operate shears, benders, and other fabrication equipment in an outdoor/indoor production setting.

The role requires following safety policies, performing quality checks, and preparing products for shipment. Training and adherence to procedures are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery is a plus.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification is required where applicable.
• Use of PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specs.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment.
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials per production flow and supervisor guidance.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Identifies defects and makes adjustments per established processes.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized work area and reports safety hazards.
