Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any field or certified business-related course.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Proficient in CRM and MLS systems.
• Proficient in property management software (Appfolio, Buildium).
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, at least B2).
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.

• Manage listings and address customer inquiries, concerns, and transaction documentation.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from various lead sources.
• Keep records of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers in a CRM.
