The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years in real estate transactional work, with broad exposure to leasing, acquisitions, financing and development, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and/or development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise sophisticated businesses, investors, developers and high-net-worth clients on standout matters.
• Handle international luxury real estate transactions and large-scale financing.
• Participate in complex development, construction, joint venture and ownership structures.
• Provide autonomy and direct client contact in a flexible boutique setting.
• Engage in high-value shopping center acquisitions, leasing and refinancing.
