Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a respected California real estate boutique, seeks an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join an established team. This role rewards sophisticated work, autonomy and a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

You will handle high-value matters for developers, investors and international clients, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions and development, with direct client contact and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and/or development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex real estate transactions for sophisticated clients.
• Lead negotiation and drafting of leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance.
• Manage client relationships with direct contact and autonomy.
• Oversee large-scale financing and development projects.
• Contribute to practice development and maintain high standards of work.
