About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize their diverse real estate holdings. This is a fully remote position, demanding a high level of autonomy, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of property management and investment principles. You will be responsible for managing the financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic direction of a portfolio of properties. This includes maximizing rental income, controlling expenses, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for value enhancement and capital appreciation. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions that drive portfolio growth and profitability, all within a flexible, home-based work structure.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and other service providers remotely. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding portfolio strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, or property management. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property operations, and investment principles. Proven ability to develop and implement successful portfolio strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing diverse property types (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial) is advantageous.
