Job summary

Unison Infrastructure is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The role focuses on managing a nationwide pipeline of deals and expediting closings from a home office.

You will handle due diligence, draft and review documents, coordinate closing packages, and perform lease reviews. 4–8 years CRE paralegal experience and a bachelor’s degree are required; solar/wind or wireless lease experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases a plus.
• Fluent with Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS and deed plotting software; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of deals across the United States and update closing checklists and trackers.
• Prepare documents and coordinate the execution of closing packages.
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys.
• Assist with retrieval of required documentation for real estate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing legal descriptions.
