Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications is required.
• Past experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role is preferred.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and write Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of the marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic, conversion, and retention.
• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
• Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan by analyzing sales forecasts and budgets.
• Create marketing materials, including digital content and websites.
• Manage communications with vendors and outside consultants; track and manage contracts with outside vendors and consultants.
• Process and track payment requests for vendor invoices.
• Create marketing timelines, promotional plans, and budgets, and work with finance to align with budgets.
• Prepare reports for management review.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
