Part-Time Position
South Bay (Redondo Beach | Hermosa Beach | Manhattan Beach | Palos Verdes | Beach Cities)

We are a high-performing residential real estate company serving the South Bay and surrounding beach communities. Founded in 2004, we have built a strong foundation of repeat and referral business and consistently manage a high volume of residential sales and leasing activity.

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts and help us build a more consistent, measurable, and effective marketing program.

This is not simply a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who can plan, execute, coordinate, and improve marketing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining a polished, high-end brand.

Compensation

• Part-time position
• $30,000 – $45,000 annual compensation, depending on experience
