Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in private lending for real estate investments is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Proven track record in origination and managing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan opportunities through business development and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and lenders.
• Build and grow a personal pipeline of borrowers and lending opportunities.
• Evaluate financing requests and structure suitable loan solutions.
• Guide borrowers from inquiry through closing and funding.
• Present loan products and terms to clients and explain options.
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams for timely closings.
• Negotiate terms and deliver an exceptional borrower experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports and CRM records.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate deals and referrals.
