Job summary

RBI Private Lending in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Loan Officer/Account Executive to originate, structure, and manage private real estate loans for investors. You will work with brokers and referral partners to drive loan volume while maintaining deal quality.

The role blends sales, underwriting knowledge, and investor awareness to structure Bridge, DSCR, ground-up construction, and fix & flip loans, with travel to meet clients and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Lending for Real Estate Investments.
• Experience with Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loan products.
• Proven loan origination and closing volume in investor-focused lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage private real estate loans from prospect to funding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and referral partners.
• Manage pipeline and coordinate with internal teams for timely closings.
• Ensure compliance with credit guidelines and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure compliant closings and post-close follow-up.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, documentation, and reporting in the CRM.
