20four7VA is seeking an offshore independent contractor to deliver remote services as a Real Estate Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting VA. The role targets US-based and international clients with a 20-hour workweek, scheduling from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday.

Prior call center and CRM experience is valued, with emphasis on English communication and lead qualification. Contractors work remotely under an independent agreement, receiving weekly payments and training.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting, preferred.
• Experience calling U.S.-based consumers is strongly preferred.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Real-estate investment or related experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong spoken and written English is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls to property-owner lists and follow up with warm leads.
• Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM with dispositions.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule or hand off to owners for discussions.
• Document seller information and timelines to support acquisition decisions.
• Follow up with prospects and manage both cold and warm leads effectively.
