Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, or asset management.
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and diverse property types.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow projections and ROI.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management.
- Manage due diligence for acquisitions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor existing investments and propose value-enhancement strategies.
