Job summary

Crown Homes is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective real estate agents, leading outreach, scheduling meetings, and handling administrative tasks to drive engagement and onboarding.

As a 1099 contractor, you will operate remotely with Eastern Time hours and collaborate with the Director of Growth to expand our agent network across markets, delivering scalable recruitment processes and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Manager in current markets; manage follow-ups with candidates.
• Administrative & CRM Management: Serve as the first contact for recruitment leads; maintain CRM records.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with Strategic Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies and drive engagement.
• Support the department to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
