Job summary

Crown Homes is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, drive outreach, coordinate recruitment meetings, and manage CRM with the Director of Growth to support our expansion strategy.

In this hybrid role, you will cold-call, text, and email potential candidates, nurture leads, and help ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining high professional standards and confidentiality in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement & outreach: conduct initial calls with potential agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Scheduling & coordination: schedule recruitment pitches and manage follow-ups with candidates.
• Administrative & CRM management: be the first contact for recruitment leads and maintain CRM records.
• Collaboration & strategy: refine prospecting strategies with Growth Managers and drive engagement.
