Albertelli Law (ALAW) is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its Virginia practice in a remote capacity. The role involves handling a high-volume docket of creditors’ rights and real estate litigation matters, drafting pleadings, and conducting research from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors’ rights, and must be proficient with case management software for proactive matter tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• JD required with bar admission in Virginia.
• Minimum 5 years in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors' rights.
• Experience with foreclosure, title issues, and debt collection.
• Ability to work remotely across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume creditors’ rights and real estate litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Manage discovery and support motions.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams across jurisdictions.
