Albertelli Law (ALAW) is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its Virginia practice in a remote capacity. The role involves handling a high-volume docket of creditors’ rights and real estate litigation matters, drafting pleadings, and conducting research from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors’ rights, and must be proficient with case management software for proactive matter tracking and reporting.

• JD required with bar admission in Virginia.

Role Summary An established, multi-state real estate and creditors’ rights law firm is seeking a qualified Attorney to support its Virginia practice group .

The Associate Attorney will handle a high-volume caseload involving creditors’ rights and real estate litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and supporting motion practice and case progression from inception through resolution.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions.

An established, multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm is seeking a qualified associate attorney to support its Virginia practice.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ right practice.

The candidate must be willing and able to proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters with a strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation.

Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the creditors’ rights practice generally.

Court appearances, and some attendant travel, will be required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.

High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
