Placements24 is seeking an experienced Virtual Real Estate Consultant to serve the Welkom market from a remote location. You will guide clients through property acquisition and sales using digital platforms, providing expert advice and personalized service without physical presence.

Work fully remotely with autonomy, leveraging technology to conduct virtual tours, manage transactions, and build lasting client relationships while earning performance-based incentives.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and transactions remotely.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, specifically adapted for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting software, CRM systems, and online real estate platforms.
• A valid real estate license and a strong understanding of property market principles.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
