Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Civil Litigation to join its team in Arizona. This fully remote position handles a diverse caseload across real estate, business, contract, and related civil disputes.

The role requires a Juris Doctor, active Arizona Bar membership, and at least two years of civil litigation experience (real estate or business litigation preferred).

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with State Bar of Arizona required.
• 2+ years civil litigation experience preferred; real estate/business litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from intake to resolution.
• Communicate with clients and provide practical guidance.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy, deadlines, and client service.
