Gottlieb Law, a growing Arizona real estate and civil litigation firm, seeks two associate attorneys to join its team. The successful candidates will assume meaningful responsibility for an existing caseload involving real estate, business, contract, and related civil disputes.

The role emphasizes drafting pleadings, taking depositions, attending hearings, and collaborating with colleagues on strategy, deadlines, and client service.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona.
• At least two years of civil litigation experience preferred; real estate or business litigation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, organizational, and client-communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team.

The position is fully remote, however, the firm has a physical office as well. The attorney must maintain a professional, quiet workspace and remain available for in-person court appearances, depositions, mediations, trials, client meetings, and firm events when required. The firm meets regularly to coordinate matters, support professional development, and maintain a connected team environment.
